Winter Garden earns ISO Class 1 fire protection rating — a top-2% national distinction.

The City of Winter Garden has earned an ISO Class 1 Public Protection Classification rating, the highest possible score from Insurance Services Office — placing it among fewer than 2% of fire departments nationwide. The rating evaluates equipment, staffing, training, water supply systems, and emergency communications. For residents and businesses, a Class 1 designation can translate to meaningful savings on property and homeowners insurance premiums.
